Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the SpetoAI platform and services provided by Roniwill Group LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (EIN 37-2213665), located at 312 W 2nd St, Casper, WY 82601, USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", or "us").

By accessing the SpetoAI website or interacting with our Telegram bot (@SpetoAI_bot), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description & Delivery (Customer Journey)
SpetoAI is a SaaS platform providing AI-driven music generation tools. The website (spetoai.com) serves exclusively as an informational and marketing landing page. The actual interface for the Service, generation of content, and delivery of digital goods occurs solely through our Telegram bot (@SpetoAI_bot).

2. Billing, Payments, and Token System
2.1. Purchases: SpetoAI operates on a "Token" basis. All checkout processes are initiated securely from within the Telegram bot. Following a successful transaction via our payment processor (Stripe), tokens are immediately credited to your balance inside the Telegram bot. This instantaneous crediting constitutes the full and final delivery of the digital goods purchased.
2.2. No Subscriptions: All payments are one-time charges; we do not offer recurring subscriptions at this time.

3. Dispute Resolution and Chargeback Policy
3.1. Mandatory Support Contact: In the event of an issue, you agree to contact our support team at support@visualweapon.com prior to filing any dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
3.2. Unjustified Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication is considered a material breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts involved in fraudulent or unjustified disputes.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Intellectual Property (IP)
4.1. Nature of AI: Music and lyrics are generated using complex artificial intelligence models. While you retain ownership of the content you generate, we do not guarantee its absolute uniqueness.
4.2. Disclaimer: The Company assumes no liability for accidental similarities between AI-generated content and pre-existing copyrighted works. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of using the generated content for your specific purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of SpetoAI shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company for the service during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SpetoAI to generate content that:
  • Is illegal, threatening, or promotes hate speech.
  • Infringes on any third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
  • Uses the likeness or voice of real individuals without their explicit consent (Deepfakes).

7. Compliance and Right to Refuse Service
7.1. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate your access to the bot at our sole discretion, with or without cause.
7.2. Geographic Restrictions: We do not provide services to individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to US OFAC sanctions. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in any such jurisdiction.
