Refund Policy

At SpetoAI (Roniwill Group LLC), we aim to provide high-quality AI-driven music generation services. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of resources, the following refund conditions apply.

1. Digital Goods and Delivery
Our service operates using a "Token" system. "Delivery" of the service is considered complete and final at the moment the purchased tokens are credited to your balance within the SpetoAI Telegram bot (@SpetoAI_bot) following a successful payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items
All sales of digital tokens are final. Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
  • Used Tokens: Once the first token from a specific transaction is consumed to initiate a generation, that entire transaction becomes non-refundable.
  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: Due to the nature of Artificial Intelligence, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with the musical style, lyrics, or vocal quality of the generated results.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you decide you no longer want the service after the digital tokens have been delivered to your bot balance.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if no tokens from that specific package have been used. If any portion of the token package has been spent, the right to a refund is waived.

4. Technical Errors
If a technical failure occurs (e.g., the system consumes a token but fails to produce a file), our primary resolution is to credit the token back to your account. Financial refunds will only be considered if a permanent technical issue prevents the delivery of the service.

5. Mandatory Dispute Resolution Procedure
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, you agree to first contact our support team at support@visualweapon.com. We commit to reviewing all requests within 3 business days. Initiating a dispute without prior contact is a breach of our Terms of Service.
